1. Sleeveless top? No way,
my arms look like loaves of bread.
2. Damn dryer shrunk my
pants again.
3. My shoes are the only
thing that fit anymore.
4. My skinny jeans are a
distant memory.

1. Cardio is your friend!Walking, running, jogging, hiking, biking, swimming,
skating, etc, yes, all cardio. Uh, no, shopping is not on the list. The dryer
will miraculously stop shrinking your pants and those skinny jeans will fit
again. No kidding. 2. Try a fitness class with friends or a walk or hike!
You can gossip with your friends over a healthy juice drink after your workout.What a concept?! 3. Lift weights!Those arms will be toned to rock a sleeveless top in no time! 4. Perhaps forgo the daily ice cream and turn to
guilt free, satisfying snacks, like fruit, veggies dipped in low cal dressing
or 100 calorie mini-bags of popcorn.Saving countless calories and fat grams -- totally do-able! 5. Get fit, have more energy.It's true! 6. Men are visually stimulated. Period. When you are
fit, you feel sexy, thus look sexy.Get
it?
